Privacy Policy
Last updated 05 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit udin.io. It covers this website only — not any product we build or operate for a client, which is governed by that client's own policy.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and this site has no login. There are two ways data reaches us:
- Analytics. Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. Where consent is required and you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no such profile is built.
- Anything you send us. If you email us or book a call, we hold whatever you chose to put in that message — typically your name, email address and what you would like to discuss.
Cookies
- Session cookie. A single cookie needed for the site to function securely. It carries no tracking identifier and is set regardless of your choice.
- Analytics cookies. Set by Google Analytics. Visitors in the EU and UK are asked first and nothing is stored until they accept; declining keeps them blocked.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browsing data resets it and you will be asked again.
Who else sees it
Analytics data is processed by Google, and booking a call goes through Google Calendar. Both are governed by Google's own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained for as long as Google Analytics is configured to hold it. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the enquiry or the working relationship, and deleted on request.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing Decline when asked again. You may also ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — email info@udin.io and we will respond.
